Kiera Bartlett

Research Fellow

Kiera joined the group in October 2009. Prior to joining the group, she worked as a research assistant on a project evaluating work experience provision for children and young adults with learning disabilities and as a support worker for a physically disabled PhD student.

Her main academic interests lie within health psychology, specifically the use of the internet and web based technologies in health care. Her MSc project explored the potential of online support groups to empower patients with chronic illness.

Kiera obtained her BSc(Hons) in Psychology from the University of Leeds in 2005 and her MSc in Health Psychology from the Institute of Work, Health and Organisations at the University of Nottingham.
