	Emma joined the Group in May 2006, having previously worked as a Research Projects Assistant within the General Practice Team of the Department for Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education. Prior to that, Emma worked for the Northern and Yorkshire Cancer Registry and Information Service (NYCRIS) as part of the Information Projects Team. Emma works on automated patient-reported measurement of symptoms, functioning and Quality of Life and their implementation in oncology practice, and automated assessment of social difficulties. Emma has a BSc(Hons) in Biosciences and Health from Leeds Metropolitan University and is currently reading for a PhD at the University of Leeds. +44 (0)113 206 8520
